Education

Medical Doctorate followed by a postgraduate qualification in Sports Medicine

The pathway includes six years of general medical studies followed by residency (3 to 5 years depending on chosen specialty). A sports medicine qualification is obtained through a postgraduate diploma. Additional training in ultrasound, traumatology, or emergency medicine is highly valued.
