Education
National coaching diploma (DESJEPS) or Sports Technical Adviser competitive exam
Advanced national diploma in youth, sports, and education (DESJEPS), or Master's in sports science. Access through civil service exam (CTS). A background as a former elite athlete or high-level coach is common.
